About the event
UNDER PRESSURE is a practical, evening-based seminar that explores how people think, move, and respond when time is compressed and pressure is high.
Led by Paulo “GN” Rubio, this training examines real-world knife defense through the lens of decision making, behavior under stress, and functional movement rather than fixed techniques or choreography.
The sessions draw from Filipino martial arts, modern combatives, and contemporary learning methods to help participants better understand:
How decisions are made under pressure
How close-range encounters actually unfold
How to train adaptable responses using realistic constraints
