ABOUT FILIPINO MARTIAL ARTS (FMA)
Filipino Martial Arts or FMA (also known as Arnis, Kali or Eskrima) is a highly effective weapon based fighting system that is currently being taught to law enforcement & military groups all around the world. It combines both weaponry and empty hands training. Through weaponry training, practitioners are taught to use anything in their surroundings to defend themselves.
At Elemental5 we train in and are the official representatives of two FMA organisations. These are the Dagooc Arnis System and the Pekiti Tirsia Tactical Association.
